What is an Online Class?

An online class is a class that it taught virtually. Each class is in it’s own private classroom that only people that have registered for the class can access. All classes are pre-recorded and you can watch them at your convenience – you have a lifetime access. 

How can I join a class?

Click the “My Classes” button in the navigation above. Once you explore and choose a course you are interested in, you simply click the “purchase course” button – even if it is FREE we go through the enrollment process to make sure you have access.

Always login first if you have an account already so you keep all of your content under your one account with us.

*You will receive an email from after you purchase and that email will have instructions for you.


Where can I find my class?

To find all of your courses make sure you are logged into the site. You can login at the top right where it says “login”, if you see “logout” that means you are logged in and can find your courses by visiting the menu and clicking “My Classes” from the dropdown. Click on the class name to enter that course.



Can I take my class on a tablet or phone?

Yes, our videos are compatible with tablets and smart phones. Please do test out different browsers if you have any issues.

Can I get a refund?

We believe you’re investing in your creativity and want you to be 100% satisfied.  We want you to love the classes you take here so we offer this risk-free guarantee.  If you purchase a class and let us know within the first 30 days it’s not what you were expecting, we’ll put you in another class (of equal or lesser value) for free.

How do I contact support?

I am having buffering issues?

All high-quality online classes are offered at 1080p but we also give you other choices based on your internet connection. If you watch in full screen and experience buffering, click the gear in the lower right-hand corner of the video and then click on quality. Please choose a lower resolution like 720p, 540p or 360p based upon your internet. This should resolve your buffering right away.

Help! I can't get the video to play.

If you’re having difficulty watching the videos try these tips:


  1. Videos require and up-to-date Adobe Flash player. Especially newer Macs, Safari is turned off. Get yours here:
  2. Close down any open applications and exit out of any extra windows in your browser. These all take up memory on your device and cannot effect the ability to play video smoothly. 
  3. Refresh the page.
  4. Restart your device if you have not today.
  5. Make sure your device is updated. (including the operating system and browser)
  6. Try a different browser.  Our videos have been verified working with:
  • Firefox (Windows and Mac)
  • Internet Explorer (Windows)
  • Google Chrome (Windows, Mac and Android [4.1.2] tablet)
  • Safari (Mac, iPad and iPhone)

*We cannot guarantee that our videos will play on your device. There are too many variations in each persons scenario. We suggest you try a Free Course to test it out first.
