Colorful Meditative Art Project

About Project

This is an enjoyable and meditative art project that anyone can do. Art as a healing and supportive modality is an important part of self-care. This project takes about 15-20 min to do and can be done as many times as you would like. Return to this project when you are needing downtime or are feeling stressed.

Supplies

Water Color Brushes
Water Color Paper
Watercolors
2 Water Cups
Rag / Towel

Directions

1. Get your supplies.
2. Activate your watercolors.
3. Add water drops on the paper.
4. Ad watercolor to each droplet on by one.
